Online Ordering Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when parents or guardians purchase photographs, digital images or photography products supplied by Photoface Ltd through our online ordering facilities.

Online Orders

Photoface uses GotPhoto as part of its online photography ordering system.

Parents and guardians are provided with secure access details allowing them to view photographs associated with their child and select the products they wish to purchase.

Products available may include photographic prints, digital downloads and photographic gift products such as key rings, mouse mats and other items.

Prices

The products and prices available for a photography session are displayed within the relevant online gallery.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it.

Payment

Online payments may be processed through GotPhoto and/or Stripe.

Photoface does not require customers to provide payment card details directly by email.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

If you have made a mistake or wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible.

Where an order has not entered production or been dispatched, Photoface will normally try to accommodate a cancellation or change and, where appropriate, provide a refund.

Some photographic products may be produced or personalised specifically for an individual customer. Cancellation rights may differ for personalised or bespoke products.

Nothing within these terms affects any cancellation or other rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

Digital Downloads

Digital photographs may be available to purchase.

Where applicable, customers may be asked to expressly agree to the supply of digital content before the end of the statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that commencing the download may affect their right to cancel.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If a photographic product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact Photoface as soon as possible.

We will investigate the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Image Appearance

The appearance of an image on a screen may vary slightly from the appearance of a professionally produced photographic print because screens and devices display colours differently.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty or materially different from what was ordered.

Delivery

Delivery arrangements and any applicable charges will be displayed during the ordering process where relevant.

Please ensure that delivery details are correct before completing an order.

Private Gallery Access

Gallery access details are provided for the intended parent or guardian.

Customers should keep their gallery access code secure and should not share it with anyone who should not have access to the photographs.

I used Harry Saunders' services back in March 2018 for an industry wine trade tasting at the Portuguese Embassy in Belgravia, London. Harry is very professional both in his appearance and approach to work (which was of the utmost importance for this event!). He was early to the venue, made sure that lighting was correct for the space. When guests started to arrive he made sure to capture the feel and vibe of the tasting perfectly (see photos). Post event I received a small selection of pictures to use for my social media stream had I have the full, edited files within a couple of working days.
Excellent service and I would not hesitate to use Harry and Photoface again for future events.

He did a great job - very patient and great with the kids - and the end result looks fantastic. It was a present for Grandma who still cries every time she sees it! Overall a very friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend.
